In the Living section of MJL’s Blog I love to include and recommend events , activities and people that inspire me, attract my attention or that are just simply so beautiful you can’t help by feeling great just by contemplating them.

St Anne’s Rose Gardens Festival ticks all the boxes. Not only the Rose Gardens are placidly waiting for you to admire their beauty ..and what a miracle that is. The oval garden has more than 25,000 rose plants and is one  of the finest rose gardens in Europe. What a fest for  the senses: the smell of the roses is so lovely you can’t help but smile, visually the multicolor rose displays are extraordinary , you can almost taste a sweetness in the air and all these combine with the sounds of St Anne’s birds, wind and trees leaves is almost idillic. You feel transported into a Jane Austin novel..though I couldn’t find Mr Darcy

During the Festival there is Arts-Crafts and Food all day. Today it was the Family Day out and it was like being back in South America with the sunny weather ( thanks God for that !) and Havana Son playing Cuban music in the main stage I’ve also discovered a new food stall that I thought to promote in the blog as I was really impressed with the owner and the quality of the products. Natasha’s passion for her products and as  a person is obvious . Not only is she an attractive fiery red-head but when she found out I was from Chile it was obvious that she had a passion for all things South America and she uses beautiful ingredients to make fer famous chocolates ( made with 100% pure cacao beans imported from Peru) and raw food that prides itself to be diary-sugar-wheat-egg free  and yes ! surprisingly they taste delicious.We tried the Spice Sprouted Flax Crackers, the Blue berry cheese cake, the humus, and the  pure delightful chocolate . My god you have to taste them..even if you just only try the chocolate piece of heaven please do . Natasha will be doing a talk in temple Bar chocolate festival next weekend. Hello my friends:

Last Sunday 13th July in Walmer Centre I facilitated a workshop tailor made for pregnancy together with Nikki Fitzpatrick . We covered all aspects of pregnancy giving the mums different ideas and resources on how to maximise health, style and achieve confidence in a practical, easy and effortless way.

It was such a privilege to be around beautiful feminine energy and spend the day with first time and second time mums. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with women in such a beautiful time of their lives.

Plus all the talks, we gave  an amazing goodie bag from mama.licious , the Danish fashion maternity brand We had the opportunity to view mama.licious amazing new collection in a comfortable and safe environment . Nelson Pharmacy supplied us with beautiful natural remedies and homeopathy samples so the mums had a pampering experience all day through. If you are pregnant or a nursing mum you would love to come an join us on our upcoming tailor made workshop for Pregnant and nursing mothers happening in Malahide on the 5th October. On Sunday 13th July  I am facilitating together with Nikki Fitzpatrick a full day workshop specially dedicated to the mother -to -be  at Walmer Holistic Centre, Raheny. The day will cover all aspects of Pregnancy with the aim to reassure the mum-to- be in  Style for work , holidays and night outs , confidence for birth, natural remedies for wellbeing, relaxation and much more.
