Hello my  friends:

On Sunday 13th July  I am facilitating together with Nikki Fitzpatrick a full day workshop specially dedicated to the mother -to -be  at Walmer Holistic Centre, Raheny. The day will cover all aspects of Pregnancy with the aim to reassure the mum-to- be in  Style for work , holidays and night outs , confidence for birth, natural remedies for wellbeing, relaxation and much more.

Treat yourself and/or your pregnant friends to this beautiful workshop. The price for the day is €95 p/p and  includes a lovely Mama-licious gift and a goodie bag. Places are limited to ensure a nurturing environment where all participants will get special attention.
