On Sunday 25th January I am running the first workshop of year 2009 
I am really excited as the format of the day will be really interactive with all participants having the chance to spend some individual time with me as well as the group talk. So , for this purpose I am asking you to bring on the day your favourite accesories and one outfit you are not so sure of or, perhaps that outfit sitting in your wardrobe that still has the labels on !
It’s all well. Trust me, I have seen it all! Just bring one outfit on the day for my Style inspection :).
And also , remember to bring your Top 3 New Year Resolutions so I can help you identify strategies to make them a reality in 2009 . No matter how simple or complicated they might seem to you just bring them so we can start the ball rolling …

Hello my beautifuls !
Happy new year ! For most of us this has been our first full week back to the normal routine after a long break so i felt it was time to write the first blog of the year 2009 with some inspiring news.
I want to help raise the spirits and put some optimism and joyful energy around and I have a superb one day Style and Confidence workshop happening in Walmer centre that will help doing this .
On the day we will cover Style tips so you know how to make the most of your Body shape knowing what to camouflage and what to enhance ( of course ),how to accesorize to revamp an outfit and how to be a savvy buyer so you can spend less and yes!! , I have taken on board your suggestions and I will include in the Confidence Coaching section the relevant topic of New Year Resolutions and how to make them work for you. I will help you to identify strategies to achieve them in practical, down to earth and easy ways. Whatever your NYR are its OK just bring your Top 3 on the day so we can work on them.
