Hello !

This workshop is back in Walmer on Sunday 21st June. It is aimed at women of all ages that want to improve their confidence and assertiveness levels.  It is practical and hands-on and you will leave feeling energised and motivated to stand up for yourself.

You will learn how to make an impact when communicating to others, how to protect your energy in challenging situations and how to set healthy boundaries.

I designed this workshop with women in mind and the techniques I use are easy to put in practice by all participants. Come over and see for yourself
