I am pleased to announce this new Creativity & Energy workshop date happening on Sunday 18th October in Emmaus Retreat Centre, Swords.

It’s open to ALL adults, men and women ,who wish to be more creative and raise their energy levels in a full day workshop that will do just that : give you the tips and resources to be more creative and allow you to feel full of energy and motivated.

Thanks to all the people that have attended my Confidence & Assertiveness workshops and motivational talks over the  last two months. The feedback has been so powerful and the response to old and new exercises very well received. When I designed the material the intention was to combine theory with practical exercises and tips so you can ‘breathe’ confidence and assertiveness and carry yourself with these skills in your life. Everytime I read the feedback I always feel overwhelmed with happiness with the comments/learnings and words that people use to describe these days. I am delighted that I can be of help bringing these  key skills to live.
