Hello my beautifuls 
This is the first blog of 2010 and Instead of New year resolutions I have a different approach to this new beginning that I want to share with you . I learnt a lot from 2009, it was a challenging year in different aspects including having to work and function with a massive knee injury that put me out of summer just about when I finally got the confidence to swim in the Irish sea in the company of Seals!. but I believe everything happens for a reason and it made me really appreciate what I have in every aspect of my personal and professional life and made me literally go back to basics . Slow down and smell the roses as the saying goes…
My new motto for 2010 is really simple and is defined in 3 words : DECLUTTER, APPRECIATION and GRATITUDE. Declutter regularly my sorroundings and my mind, recycle all I can and release the old so I can let the new enrgy in , Appreciate the simple things that I adore - like walking in nature ,eating good food , having a laugh in good company and being grateful for what i have achieved and for all the blessings I have .
It’s simple As long as I go to bed happy and awake happy it will be a good year
AS for my work in 2010 I am excited with all the new projects I have confirmed for this year.
All through 2010 I will deliver different workshops and trainings in Dublin through the most beautiful and peaceful retreat centres : Emmaus in Swords and Chrysalis in Donard, Wicklow I can’t wait ! and 2010 will see me expanding to Galway and Cork for Corporate and Holistic Trainings so watch this space.
My one -to-one clinics will continue in Dublin North- Walmer Centre , Raheny and Dublin South in Rathgar.
My promise to you is to continue delivering with joy and passion workshops, trainings and one-to-one clinics so you can improve your Confidence, Assertiveness, Communication skills and live your life to the full.
