You will learn practical tips on how to improve your COMMUNICATION and LISTENING skills  to BUILD RAPPORT in different social situations. You will learn how to make SMALL CONVERSATION and be more RELAXED when meeting new people . The day will finish with a session in confidence so you can carry yourself feeling great.
