My first 2010 Emmaus Style & Confidence for Women workshop is happening on Saturday 13th february. Come along to this practical, hands on workshop where you will learn about the main style rules, how to dress for your body shape, what parts of your body to camouflage and much more. Its a fun day out in a lovely and relaxing centre where you will meet like minded people and learn lots of new easy to use tips to leave you feeling and looking great

Hello my beautifuls

All through January I worked on different programmes to build confidence and I can’t believe that it is now February ! Time really flew by and I honestly did not have a chance to stop and write blogs until now.

My big  highlights for Jan : definetely has to be working with Rehabcare , as the building confidence programme is getting results fast and I have the most committed participants  :) .

Once again this year has brought me to beautiful Cork where I delivered Strategy and Marketing training in Tyndall Institute .One word: Amazing .

Big thanks to all my clients this month for keeping me busy with new challenges, busy creating and delivering new material and for the amazing feedback you gave me through trainings and workshops.

I can feel this year is full of good energy Let’s keep spreading it !
