In these practical, interactive workshops you will learn how to handle conflict, express your opinion and stand up for yourself during challenging situations, or when facing bullies or strong personalities.

Learn how to say no and how to overcome your shyness and make a positive impact when communicating to others, how to set healthy boundaries to protect your energy and much more.  All in a safe environment with like-minded people.

 This November, on Sunday 15th, I am bringing this beautiful one day workshop to Walmer Holistic Centre.

It’s a special treat for women of all ages that wish to learn what colours really suit their complexion , how to mix n’match colours in outfits, how to make the most of your make up and much more. All happening in the holistic and magical Walmer atmosphere in time to prepare ourselves to feel gorgeous and confident for the Christmas season.
