There is different workshop options to suit all of you: half days, full days, weekdays and weekends so there is no excuse to reconnect with your beautiful self.

This Sunday 21st March am hosting a one day workshop aimed at adults that wish to improve their confidence & assertiveness  skills.  The day starts at 10:30am and finishes at 5:30pm and it is taking place at Emmaus Retreat and Conference Centre in Swords ( conveniently located off the M1 ). The venue is perfect for this workshop and a delicious light lunch is included on the price so you just have to bring yourself and the willingness to improve and practice these crucial set of skills in  a safe environment.

I have been delivering this workshop for years now and the feedback has been extremely powerful and positive. I am passionate to dedicate my energy and transfer the experience and knowledge I have on this subject to each one of you

This workshop is aimed at women of all ages that want to raise their confidence and self-esteem levels in a safe environment where we will have time to practice new behaviours and get new tips to put in practice in challenging real life situations.
