The next Summer support group is aimed at Confidence & Self-esteem for Women who wish to continue their personal growth . The group will be facilitated by Maria Lynch with a maximum of 6 participants on the day to ensure one-to-one attention. It will cover stress reduction techniques, relaxation exercises and practice how to say ‘no’ all these in a safe and beautiful environment ( close to the sea ! )
